What exactly is Little Whiz Art Club?
We’re a creative mobile art club bringing curated parties directly to your home or venue. We provide everything from aprons and paints to high-quality canvases and expert guidance, turning any birthday into an artistic adventure.
What ages do you cater for?
Our primary age range is 5 to 12 years old. We carefully select art projects that are developmentally appropriate, ensuring younger children can explore freely while older kids can delve into more detailed techniques.
What is the ideal group size for a party?
We find that 6 to 15 children is the sweet spot for maximum creativity, but we can easily accommodate up to 25. For larger groups, we bring along additional artistic hosts to ensure everyone feels supported.
Where in London do you provide parties?
We are currently focused on spreading creativity throughout North London. From Hampstead and Highgate to Finchley and beyond, we bring the art studio to you. Just ask if you're slightly further out!
What makes your art parties different?
We focus on bringing a personalised experience to every party. We are able to pre-sketch canvases to your theme, design invitations and prepare party bags - all ready to go! Unlike standard parties, every child uses professional-grade materials to create a finished piece of art they can keep forever. It’s about expression, experimentation, and pride.
Booking, Prices & Payments
How do I book an art party?
It’s easy! Simply fill out our contact form or send us a WhatsApp message with your preferred date, location, and choice of package. We’ll get back to you quickly to confirm availability and start planning the fun.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your desired date, especially for Saturdays and Sundays. If you have a last-minute request, do reach out—we occasionally have gaps in our schedule.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date. This allows us to start purchasing and preparing your custom art supplies and ensures your special day is officially reserved in our Whiz calendar.
How can I pay for the party?
We accept payments in GBP via bank transfer or major credit/debit cards. The remaining balance is due one week before the party. We provide clear invoices so you can track everything easily.
What is your cancellation policy?
We know life with kids can be unpredictable! If you need to reschedule, we will do our very best to move your booking to a new date. Cancellations made within 4-7 days of the event may incur a small fee to cover prepared materials.
Can we customise the art theme?
Absolutely! We thrive on creativity. Whether it is space explorers, magical jungles, or neon disco vibes, we love tailoring our activities to your child’s current obsession. Just let us know your vision when booking!
On the Day of the Party
What does Little Whiz Art Club bring?
We bring everything needed for the art activity: high-quality paints, aprons, canvases or craft materials, and all the tools to spark their imagination.
What does the host need to provide?
All we need is enough table space and chairs for the group, along with access to an electrical plug socket (for drying art works when needed) as well as access to a sink for a quick wash-up at the end of the session.
How do you handle the mess and cleanup?
Don't worry! We bring protective table covers and use child-friendly, washable paints. We handle the art-related cleanup before we leave your home.
What about safety and supervision?
Our host leads the entire art session, but we do ask that at least one or two adults remain nearby to help with bathroom breaks or general group supervision.
When should we serve food and cake?
We find it works best to serve the party food and birthday cake after the art session is finished, so the children can focus on their masterpieces first.
What happens if kids have allergies?
Our materials are non-toxic, but please let us know about any specific skin sensitivities or allergies in advance so we can ensure everyone stays safe and happy.
